Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Design & Innovation With the increasing demand for innovation in business and creative problem solvers, SOIL School of Business Design launches its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Design & Innovation.

PGPM in HR Leadership: Designed for current and future leaders who desire the knowledge and skills to best leverage the human resources in an organization. The program also allows you to develop a high level of self-awareness regarding your own leadership style, thus preparing you better for your new HR role.

The course introduces the fundamental principles of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour by examining psychological theories that provide insight into human behavior at work. The program facilitates learning in modern concepts, techniques and practices in the management of human resources and exposes the student to different functional areas of management to enhance their effectiveness. ** Last date to apply may. change.

Eligibility Criteria

• All applicants are required to appear for GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT*
• Freshers and candidates with less than 3 years of work experience are eligible to apply.
• Applicants may submit multiple examination scores; SOBD will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications.Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from a recognized university in India or Abroad (recognized by the UGC/Association of Indian Universities). The degree should consist of at least three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2 system).
• Final-year bachelor’s students appearing in 2025 can apply but must provide a certificate from their institution confirming 50% marks. The final marksheet and certificate must be submitted by October 1, 2025.

*NMAT score will also be considered, subject to the submission of an AICTE-approved all-India test score, such as GMAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA. The best among all the scores will be considered.
