Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur is a registered society run by the Madhya Pradesh Jesuit Society, XIDAS is a charitable non-profit educational institution.

The PGDM (General) offers specialisation in Marketing , Finance and HR. Whereas PGDM – Rural Management pedagogy is structured in such a way that the students learn to adapt the various principles of business management and apply these effectively in building up the rural society of India

PGDM Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
• Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then.
• Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation, are not eligible to apply.

Admission Procedure

Candidates need to apply online with all relevant details as mentioned in the application form along with the application money. 

The shortlisted candidate will be called for an interview & the final selection will be done based on the interview performance.

Please take note of the below list of documents for submission:

• Original XAT/CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA Score Card as applicable
• Original Mark Sheet of Class X, XII, Graduation and Post-Graduation
• Original College Leaving Certificate
• For appearing candidates – Provisional Certificate / Bona-fide Certificate
• Original Latest Online Caste Certificate (for ST/SC candidates)
• Original Baptism Certificate (for Christians candidates)
• Color Passport size Photographs – 05 copies
• Photocopy of Demand Draft (Name and Department must be mentioned)
