About IIM Nagpur: The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur began its journey in 2015, mentored by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The inaugural Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on July 23, 2015.  Nagpur Placements 2025: The IIM Nagpur (Indian Institute of Management Nagpur or IIM -N) released the final MBA placement for the batch 2023 -25. The highest salary offered is Rs. 69.57 Lakh per annum. A Jodhpur boy pursuing MBA from IIM Nagpur (Indian Institute of Management Nagpur) bagged the institute’s highest-ever Rs. 69.57 lakh per annum package during campus recruitment drive.Â

Once again, the institute achieved 100% MBA placements, with all its 264 MBA students getting placed. The year-on-year growth in salary offers is pegged at 10.93% and 6.48% in average and median, respectively. The average and median package offers this year were Rs. 18.07 LPA and Rs. 17.03 LPA, respectively.Â
Popularity of IIM Nagpur has been consistently growing among women learners, which was evident from the growing percentage of girl students. The numbers touched over 44% for this batch, a jump of 2 notches.Â
The Jodhpur boy is a qualified engineer in electronics and communications and worked in the banking sector for more than 2 years, IIM-N stated in response to TOI queries. Most jobs were offered by information technology enabled services (ITeS) and Banking, Financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sectors. Top sectors are FMCG/FMCD, consulting, besides ITES and BFSI, the institute said.Â
