About XISS: Xavier Institute of Social Service is a Jesuit-run business school in Ranchi, India. It was established as an extension department of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, in 1955 by Michael A. Windey with the objective of training young men and women in Rural Development, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

PGDM Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM IT program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2020-21 are also eligible to appear for the admission process.

The institute will accept only online registrations. For online registrations, the Registration Fee can be paid through online transactions using Credit / Debit / ATM cards / Online Banking.

XISS Placement 2022: XISS, Ranchi final placement report for the PGDM Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management and Information Technology (IT) for the Batch 2018-20 has been great despite slowing economy. Highest salary offered was INR 26.4 Lacs per annum which is a 100% jump from the previous year’s highest salary offer of Rs. 13.5 lacs per annum.
